The Marketing Coordinator serves as the operational backbone and content storyteller for Interplan’s marketing team. This role blends project coordination, Agile/Scrum support, content creation, and digital engagement. You will help keep the team aligned, the pipeline moving, and Interplan’s brand voice strong by uncovering stories that celebrate our people, culture, and client impact.

Agile Marketing Operations
The Marketing Coordinator serves as the operational backbone and content storyteller for Interplan’s marketing team. This role blends project coordination, Agile/Scrum support, content creation, and digital engagement. You will help keep the team aligned, the pipeline moving, and Interplan’s brand voice strong by uncovering stories that celebrate our people, culture, and client impact.
What You’ll Do
Agile Marketing Operations
- Serve as the marketing team's central coordinator, organizing workflows and managing priorities using Scrum/Agile principles.
- Prep and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to ensure deliverables stay on track and aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and refine the marketing backlog, partnering with leadership to prioritize initiatives by business impact, campaign needs, and team capacity.
- Track team velocity, capacity, and output to support continuous improvement.
- Act as Interplan’s internal storyteller interviewing employees, clients, and partners to uncover stories that showcase Interplan’s culture, people, and projects.
- Write and edit clear, brand-aligned content for:
- Case studies
- Social media posts
- Email campaigns
- Website updates
- Proposals and internal communications
- Ensure all written materials reflect Interplan’s tone, values, and messaging framework.
- Manage the marketing content calendar, aligning sprint deliverables with campaign themes, company priorities, and key initiatives.
- Monitor and engage across Interplan’s digital channels (LinkedIn, website, email).
- Reply to comments, share updates, and amplify partner/employee content to strengthen brand presence and community relationships.
- Support ongoing content publishing on WordPress, HubSpot, and social platforms.
- Track campaign metrics and analytics across digital channels, including engagement, impressions, lead activity, and website performance.
- Measure internal team metrics (velocity, throughput, timeline accuracy) to optimize sprint planning and workflow efficiency.
- Provide summary reports and insights to help guide future content and operational improvements.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or project coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling content.
- Experience supporting or working within Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows, including backlog management and sprint planning.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable interviewing employees, clients, and partners to develop stories and narratives.
