What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revit Drafter / Designer position at Interplan - Architecture and Interiors?

This would be a full-time position and candidate must be local and able to provide transportation to job sites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Interplan seeks a Revit drafter/designer to support design team by providing technical Revit support. Main responsibility is creating construction drawings using Revit software for projects under direct supervision of Project Manager. Duties include participating in all phases of design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create detailed, accurate, and precise technical drawings, plans, and schematics using Revit software.
- Revise and modify drawings as necessary to incorporate feedback and ensure project compliance.
- Ensure that all drawings and designs adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Organizing project information from drawings, field notes, code requirements, and/or electronic data.
- Survey/measure spaces and create accurate background drawings
- Assist with the creation and education of Interplan's CAD processes and procedures.
- Research applicable design codes and guidelines to ensure design compliance
- Perform quality control reviews of design plans and calculations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of Revit experience. AutoCAD experience a positive.
- At least 2 years of documented field and drafting experience will be considered for qualification
- Experience in the Building / Construction sector with a focus on Architectural Interiors (corporate, medical, SCIF design)
- Proficiency in reading / interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word software family. Experience with BlueBeam is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction detailing, construction documents and procedures.
- Knowledge of building codes and experience in multiple jurisdictions
- Able to manage multiple and changing priorities
