Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development of client-facing wealth management tools.
- Build backend services using Python and AWS Lambda.
- Develop modern frontend components using Angular and TypeScript.
- Design reusable components, technical patterns, and coding standards for the team.
- Perform code reviews and mentor developers on best practices.
- Lead technical design and ensure alignment with serverless and event-driven architecture.
- Build and support integrations across multiple wealth management platforms.
- Troubleshoot cross-platform issues related to latency, data consistency, APIs, and messaging workflows.
- Optimize Lambda performance, reduce cold starts, and improve backend response times.
- Improve UI performance, state management, and user experience in Angular applications.
- Support automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment practices.
- 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer.
- Expert-level Python development experience.
- Strong experience building backend services using AWS Lambda.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 14 and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including SQS, SNS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Experience designing and building event-driven microservices.
- Strong understanding of serverless architecture and cloud-native development.
- Experience with API design, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and code review skills.
- Ability to mentor developers while remaining hands-on with coding.
- Experience in wealth management, investment platforms, portfolio management, or financial planning tools.
