We're seeking a professional, client-focused Showing Agent to serve our buyers throughout Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Reno, and Northern Nevada.
Buyer Representation Agreements are already in place, allowing you to focus on what you do best—showing homes, serving clients, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. There is no prospecting, cold calling, or lead generation required for this role.
Duties
- Show properties to brokerage-assigned buyers throughout the home search process.
- Coordinate showing appointments with listing agents, sellers, tenants, and buyers.
- Assist buyers in identifying homes that best meet their needs.
- Communicate buyer feedback and showing activity to the Brokerage.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, cooperating agents, and the Brokerage throughout the showing process.
- Stay informed regarding local market conditions, inventory, neighborhoods, and community amenities throughout Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada.
- Maintain accurate showing records within the Brokerage's CRM and other designated systems.
- Perform other duties reasonably related to the position of a licensed real estate agent.
Qualifications
- Active California and/or Nevada Real Estate License in good standing.
- Dual California and Nevada licensure preferred.
- Two to three years of residential real estate experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Reno, and Northern Nevada real estate markets preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MLS systems, CRM platforms, electronic signature software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other real estate technology.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
