Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for, but not limited to, clerical duties relating to the maintenance of customer accounts, processing statements and receiving payments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Assisting with accounting related customer service issues, inquiries, discrepancies, etc.
- Ensuring accurate invoices / statements are maintained from NetSuite Accounting ERP system.
- Daily posting of payments prior to end of day deadline.
- Managing and reviewing aging reports for specified accounts assigned ensuring balances never reach over 30 days past due (including sending emails, follow-up calls and notifying appropriate management when needed).
Qualifications
- 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High degree of accuracy with data entry.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software a plus.
- Friendly and responsive when communicating with our customers.
- High degree of organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet established deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
