Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews using EMR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of medical conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Administer medications, including injections following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• triage urgent issues and coordinate follow-up care or referrals.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a CRNP (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant), with current licensure in the practicing state.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with CPT coding and ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments including outpatient clinics
