We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who can work part time with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be responsible with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosing, treating and consultation. They may work in both outpatient and Nursing Home settings and perform independently or as part of a treatment team.
Responsibilities:
- Functions independently to perform age appropriate history and physical
- Assess the health of patients and order lab tests, x-rays, and other tests as needed.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and monitor the effectiveness of interventions
- Manage nursing care of patients.
- Document patient assessments in medical records and communicate with other medical staff members.
- Advise patients on diet, exercise, and health habits.
- Provide referrals to specialists when needed.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
