Look & feel presentations
Assemble material boards, mood boards, and visual presentations for client meetings. Organize product images, technical specs, and finish options in a polished, on-brand format.
Inbox and communications management
Monitor and respond to incoming information requests from architects, designers, and builders. Draft professional replies with product details, lead times, and availability.
Sample tracking and logistics
Maintain a real-time inventory of product samples — what's been sent, to whom, and when. Coordinate shipments, confirm receipt, follow up on returns, and reorder stock as needed.
CRM and client records
Keep contact records current in Monday.com. Log client visits, meeting notes, follow-up actions, and deal activity. Maintain a structured pipeline of visited accounts and new leads.
Commercial operations support
Support the director with weekly pipeline reports, meeting prep, and ad-hoc tasks. Coordinate with suppliers on lead times. Help organize showroom visits, trade shows, and client events.
