Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Outreach: Proactively identify and recruit potential school partners and student influencers through networking, outreach, and relationship buildingRelationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and promotional materials to succeed Contract & Commission Management: Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms, competitive commission structures, and profitability Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials tailored for student and educational audiences Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate activity and compliance daily, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program performance, key metrics, and growth initiatives (4.
