At Internet Brands, we are seeking an Administrative Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day office needs and facilitating operations across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience in Payroll / Human Resources/ Office Services/Administration, a great customer service mindset, attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task and work overtime.
In this role, you will maintain filing systems, set up cubicles/workstations, attend meetings, communicate items, assist in setting up meeting areas, work with HR and vendors to find cost savings, manage office supplies inventory and invoicing, and follow established processes to assist with new hire onboarding.
You will also issue and administer access cards, keys, and assist with all aspects of Facilities Management including furniture setup, maintaining office tidiness, and communicating with property management.
The successful candidate will have basic office skills and abilities, knowledge of standard office equipment and software, and be able to learn new and/or proprietary applications as required.
