Job Summary
The Sales Support Representative provides essential support to Territory Managers and customers by managing advanced order processing, inventory allocation, returns and claims resolution, customer issue investigations, and cross-functional communication. This role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient service while resolving complex customer concerns and supporting sales operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Territory Managers (outside sales representatives), providing daily support and assistance.
- Assist customers and Territory Managers with stock verification and product photo requests.
- Process customer returns, credits, and replacement orders accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues involving missing, damaged, or incorrect materials.
- Communicate with Territory Managers and Program Administrators to resolve customer and material-related issues.
- Handle escalated customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Manage claims from initiation through resolution.
- Perform advanced order processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate communication between customers and multiple internal departments to facilitate issue resolution.
- Reconcile system inventory discrepancies and resolve allocation issues.
- Perform advanced inventory allocation to prioritize and fulfill customer orders.
- Complete additional duties and special projects assigned by management or others in a position of authority.

Schedule
