Responsibilities
- Provide strategic sales leadership to achieve and exceed regional sales goals.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans that drive business growth and margin expansion.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective success.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted resource with deep product and market knowledge, introducing new products and solutions to customers and dealers.
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights into the leadership in Lisle.
- Challenge the status quo through change leadership, identifying process improvements and innovative approaches to drive results.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement, fostering long-term relationships.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of sales experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
- Master's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
- At least 12 years of sales experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Proven experience in sales leadership, account management, or commercial roles, ideally within a manufacturing, automotive, or transportation environment.
- Strong change management and leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to exceed expectations.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident interacting with all levels of leadership, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer and dealer relationships.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and driven by results.
