Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of all maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies, including spare parts, and coordinate with the purchasing department for procurement.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including scheduling work, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring accountability.
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. This includes planning workloads and scheduling maintenance activities to support production and minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed according to established production, safety, and quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in MRO processes, implement best practices, and use metrics and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of inventory control experience
- Master’s degree and at least 1 year of inventory control experience
- At least 5 years of inventory control experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating teams and managing workflow.
- A solid background in maintenance, repair, and operations is required, often supported by a degree in engineering or a related field and relevant technical experience.
- The ability to manage schedules, track inventory, and handle multiple priorities is crucial.
- Familiarity with inventory control software, CMMS, and industry safety standards is typically necessary.

Salary : $74,400 - $111,600
