As part of Navistar Financial Company (NFC), the captive finance arm of International Motors, you’ll evaluate complex credit requests, mentor team members, ensure compliance, and oversee documentation accuracy. Your leadership will help refine policies, improve processes, and strengthen dealer partnerships, all while shaping the future of transportation financing.
Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of finance or accounting experience and one year in a leadership role, or equivalent.
