The Regional Director of Sales Performance is responsible for driving high conversion of all products and ensuring the sales team is selling all products and services at competitive prices while maximizing revenue opportunities, ultimately resulting in a positive impact to occupancy and profitability

Key Responsibilities:
The Regional Director of Sales Performance is responsible for driving high conversion of all products and ensuring the sales team is selling all products and services at competitive prices while maximizing revenue opportunities, ultimately resulting in a positive impact to occupancy and profitability
Reports to: Commercial Executive Vice President & VP, Sales Performance Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring the field team members consistently meets and exceeds production and activity targets.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to generate inquiries, deals, and revenue through proactive planning and business closing strategies. Oversee pipeline management, activity rates, conversion ratios, and deal volumes.
- Drive self-generating lead processes (brokers, Craigslist, portals, upgrades, expansions, referrals) to maximize sales from these channels
- Ensure new Area Sales Managers are properly inducted and quickly performing well upon completion of their induction
- Ensure compliance from field team members to the NAM Sales Plan processes and materials housed on Microsoft Teams to yield the best possible results
- Ensure new centers open successfully and team members follow the pre-opening sales initiatives outlined to achieve investment case occupancy and revenue goals
- Drive performance in our loss-making cities and centers and ensure teams are taking needed actions for every center to become profitable
- Hire, train, manage, develop and motivate high quality, success-oriented team members who will work with field team members to ensure that we achieve maximum revenue potential by daily inspection of adherence to our sales processes
- Identify and define key metrics, setting goals that drive revenue and occupancy growth
- Maintain a continuous improvement and simplification mind-set; consistently uncovering and maximizing opportunities
- Communicate transparently with key business leaders about forecasts and area/region/country results
- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers across the business and key clients are continuously developed and that the relationships are strengthened
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience managing sales performance
- Proven Sales leadership with a direct sales force in a business-to-business sales environment
- Experience selling products or service solutions through direct sales
- Strong objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in self-lead generation and business development
- Experience developing, coaching and managing a high-performing sales team in a competitive and result driven environment
- Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at high levels and build strong business relationships
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong organization skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision
- College degree preferred
- Commercial real estate knowledge, a strong plus
