What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at International Wines & Craft Beer?
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver wine & beer to accounts
- Merchandise beer and wine in certain markets as needed
- Some warehouse shifts might be required during vacations and during the holidays
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
- Be able to communicate effectively with all business partners
- Previous driving experience required
- Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision
- Must be 21 years or older
- Able to lift 50 pounds consistently, up to 175lbs on occasion
- Able to walk, stand, and stoop on a consistent basis
- A drug screen, MVR, and background check are required
- Position is hourly; starting pay is $20.50 for non-CDL-A; CDL-A starting pay is $22
- Typical schedule is a 4-day workweek; guaranteed 40 hours a week
