Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the office team in maintaining all aspects of property operations.
Primary Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, a current client, an internal Company team member or a vendor.
Complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications. Notify prospective clients of results.
Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy. Update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis.
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience • Strong communication skills • High-energy and enjoys a fast paced environment • Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service • Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc. • Valid driver’s license • High School Diploma or equivalent • Available on weekends.

High School diploma, or general education degree (GED) required.
Ability to identify and meet resident’s requirements and expectations. Searches for ways to increase resident/customer satisfaction. Treats residents and prospects with respect and sense of urgency.
Ability to make and implement decisions under conditions of risk and/or uncertainty.
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate good business judgment in a variety of situations.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
