Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Project Manager in the Program Management Office, based in New York, NY, with an option for partial remote work. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate project operations, manage timelines, and ensure the delivery of key milestones. Responsibilities include facilitating project progress by expediting processes, managing logistics operations, conducting inspections to ensure quality and compliance, and implementing effective project management methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is an integral part of this role to fulfill the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting to ensure timely progress of operations
- Strong Project Management skills backed by experience in overseeing project timelines and deliverables
- Expertise in Inspection processes to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to standards
- Logistics Management abilities, including planning, coordination, and optimization of resources
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Familiarity with sustainable development practices and experience working with Multistakeholder Groups (preferred)
- Proficiency in leveraging ICT tools to facilitate project operations and reports
- Preferable our Fellow and Certified
