International Support Group (ISG) is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to become a part of its team! The successful candidate must have experience in all aspects of maintenance, including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance work in the areas of, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and carpentry.
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and buildings.
- Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion.
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and a safe workspace.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in all aspects of maintenance such as, but not limited to, Plumbing/Electrical/Painting/Carpentry.
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Possess excellent troubleshooting techniques
- Building automation system experience a plus
- High School diploma or GED
Other Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have your own tools
- Must be able to pass FAA security screening
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug test
