Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Success by collaborating with Project Managers and Superintendents to review contracts, track schedules, manage costs, and oversee equipment/materials.
- Drive Collaboration by coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and crews to solve challenges and keep the project on track.
- Manage Finances by handling billing, cash flow, and change orders with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance by overseeing permits, daily reports, and technical documents while meeting all regulatory standards.
- Closely manage projects from start to finish, tackling additional tasks to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering & Management focus preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years in civil construction, with hands-on work on $30M heavy civil projects (office field).
- Expertise in Excel, Word, and Primavera 6 scheduling software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with teams and stakeholders.
