International Sound Corporation is currently seeking local Camera Operators in the production and filming of a live television broadcast show for a Thoroughbred Racetrack located in Florence, Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for people looking to begin a career in the broadcasting industry. The candidate will work with a professional broadcast camera in this position and duties will include taking direction from the Technical Director. The candidate will be required to climb a patrol tower where the camera will be located, so you must not have a fear of heights. The candidate must be available to work all racing performances and have reliable transportation. The position is part time, offering approximately 24 hours per week. Work shifts will be from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM every Wednesday through Saturday from Wednesday December 3rd through Saturday March 29th. Two special early racing days will be conducted on Thursday January 1st and Saturday March 21st when the work shift will be from Noon until 6:00 PM. The candidate must obtain an occupational license with the Kentucky Racing Commission at the racetrack after they are hired. The starting rate of pay for the position will be $15.00 per hour.
