What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camera Operator position at International Sound Corporation?
International Sound Corporation is seeking a local qualified applicant in the Chester, Pennsylvania area for a Camera Operator position. The applicant must possess experience with the use of a professional broadcast camera in a live production environment. Applicant must have the ability to take direction from the Technical Director. The position is seasonal and part time and require daytime availability at a Harness racetrack located at 777 Harrah’s Boulevard in Chester, Pennsylvania. The annual racing season is conducted from the beginning of April through the end of December. Work shifts are generally every Sunday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Racing is also conducted every Wednesday in July, plus Saturday May 3rd, and Wednesday December 24th and 31st. Weekly hours will vary from about 20 hours per week when the track races three days a week to 27 hours when the track races 4 days a week. Training will be offered for the position, and the starting wage is $15.00 per hour. The candidate must be available to work all days and times as listed above. The candidate must have reliable transportation and obtain an occupational license with the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission on the grounds of the racetrack.
