This position is contingent upon contract award.
Support an established occupational health program within a professionally managed healthcare setting focused on employee wellness, medical surveillance, regulatory compliance, and coordinated healthcare delivery. This role combines hands-on occupational health support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and organized clinical workflows within a regulated healthcare environment.
Working alongside occupational health leadership and interdisciplinary stakeholders, the Occupational Health Nurse supports employee health services for workforce personnel, visitors, and authorized staff while contributing to organized clinic operations and continuity of care.
Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours/day)

Key Responsibilities
- Support occupational health services including medical surveillance activities, respiratory clearances, medical exams, vaccines, and drug-testing collection processes
- Coordinate employee health scheduling and track completion of occupational health and safety program requirements, including medical exams and related training activities
- Maintain health records in accordance with privacy laws, medical protocols, and applicable organizational policies
- Support vaccine management, medical supply inventory, and clinic resource coordination within established healthcare workflows
- Assist with employee wellness initiatives, health education activities, illness-prevention efforts, and healthy lifestyle programming
- Support walk-in consultations, minor care, referral coordination, return-to-work processes, and non-emergency post-exposure response activities within scope of practice
- Collaborate with occupational health providers, clinical leadership, and administrative personnel to support coordinated employee health services and clinic operations
Requirements
- Current unrestricted NY Nursing license
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) credential required
- Experience supporting occupational health, employee health, or medical surveillance activities preferred
- Ability to maintain health records in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and healthcare protocols
- Ability to support occupational health workflows, wellness initiatives, and compliance activities
- Ability to complete background screening, site access requirements, and onboarding processes as required
- Experience working within occupational health or government-regulated healthcare environments
- Experience supporting vaccine programs, employee wellness initiatives, or medical surveillance activities
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and healthcare coordination skills
- Familiarity with OSHA, workplace safety, or regulated occupational health environments
