We are seeking a Senior Technology Training Specialist to design, develop, coordinate, and deliver technology-focused training programs. The role will work with technical and business stakeholders to assess learning needs, develop training content, support technology adoption, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assess technology training needs and identify skill gaps across technical and business teams.

·        Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on technology training programs.

·        Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, exercises, labs, and supporting documentation.

·        Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, learner-focused training content.

·        Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational and project objectives.

·        Coordinate training schedules, sessions, participants, communications, and training logistics.

·        Support technology implementations and organizational change initiatives through structured training and knowledge-transfer activities.

·        Evaluate learner understanding and training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, completion metrics, and other appropriate measures.

·        Maintain and continuously improve training curricula and learning materials based on technology changes, learner feedback, and business needs.

·        Track training activities, attendance, completion, outcomes, and other required metrics.

·        Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to users following training delivery.

·        Stay current with relevant technology, tools, platforms, and modern learning approaches.

Required Qualifications

·        5 years of experience in technology training, technical enablement, instructional delivery, learning and development, or a closely related field.

·        Strong experience developing and delivering technology-focused training for diverse audiences.

·        Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·        Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

·        Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·        Experience creating structured training materials and supporting documentation.

·        Ability to manage multiple training initiatives, priorities, and deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or transformation programs.

·        Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

·        Experience developing hands-on labs, demonstrations, simulations, or technical exercises.

·        Experience measuring training effectiveness and reporting learning outcomes.

·        Experience working in Agile or other structured delivery environments.

Education

Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field preferred.
