Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist customers, ensuring highest level of customer service.
- Work with store manager and supervisors to drive sales and meet productivity goals.
- Serve as the makeup, skincare and fragrance expert, knowledgeable about brand specifics, services, merchandise, and procedures.
- Offer product demonstrations and discover customer needs through probing questions.
- Demonstrate makeup, skincare and fragrances, describing results and benefits to customers.
- Execute merchandising and operational functions to company standards.
- Assist in merchandise flow from stock areas to the selling floor.
- Ensure cleanliness of testers and fixtures in makeup and skincare areas.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience selling beauty products or services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating.
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
