We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Armed Guard to join our security team. Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to any incidents.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Provide first aid and CPR in emergencies until medical personnel arrive.
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities for potential security breaches or hazards.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during incidents or investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on best practices in security operations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and surveillance techniques.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment and interpret video feeds from CCTV systems.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration.
