This location provides heat treating and braze services, specializing in Honeycomb Braze. Serving the Aerospace and Commercial Industries.
Responsibilities:
- Fiscal Responsibility
- Heat Treat Revenue Growth and Development
- Braze Revenue Growth and Development
- NDT
- Labor, Staffing, and Employee Training
- Quality Control
- Customer Relations
- Quoting and Invoicing
- Purchasing
- Process and Equipment Control
- Equipment Repair and Plant Maintenance
Qualifications:
- Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering preferred, but the right experience is also considered.
- Must have knowledge of all phases of heat treating and brazing.
- Heat treating experience is required.
- Experience with AS9100 and/or Nadcap Quality Systems
- Strong Leadership and Management skills.
