HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Northern Indiana | Onsite

ISC's manufacturing recruiting ISC's manufacturing recruiting team is partnering with an established manufacturer seeking a hands-on HR Generalist for its Northern Indiana operation.

This role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement and HR operations. The ideal candidate is approachable, visible on the plant floor and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

HR Generalist - Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, offers, new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Serve as an accessible HR resource for employees and supervisors on the plant floor.
• Support employee relations, investigations, corrective action and separations.
• Coordinate benefits questions, leave requests and return-to-work matters.
• Lead employee communications, recognition and engagement activities.
• Support safety, workers’ compensation documentation and training records.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports and employee data.

HR Generalist - Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Hands-on employee relations and regular manufacturing-floor engagement.
• Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding and daily HR activities.
• Strong communication, discretion, organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and HR systems.
• Able to work onsite in Warsaw, Indiana.

HR Generalist - Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of HR experience; manufacturing or hourly workforce exposure.

HR Generalist – Compensation:

• $70,000–$75,000 base salary 5% annual bonus; benefits offered.
