What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations while creating an outstanding guest experience.
- Build, coach, and inspire high-performing front and back-of-house teams.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create lasting relationships with customers.
- Work closely with executive leadership to improve operations and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, AGM, or General Manager).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, labor management, and cost control.
- Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
- Fine dining, casual dining, Asian cuisine, Italian, steakhouse, or coffee shop experience is a plus.
