我们正在招聘充满活力、可靠且专业的 Brand Ambassador（品牌大使），为一家在美国快速扩张的电子消费品产品公司提供市场拓展支持。本岗位将以 3 个月合同工（Contractor） 的形式开始，表现良好者将在三个月后转为 正式全职（Full-time）。你将代表品牌在区域内的零售门店与经销伙伴中开展工作，是公司在当地的“品牌形象代表”。

该客户是一家快速扩张的 电子零售消费品行业公司，公司正在加速拓展其在美国的线下零售市场，并需要地面 Brand Ambassador 来提升品牌曝光度、强化终端关系与推动销售。

岗位职责

• 在零售门店、经销商及面向消费者的环境中代表品牌，确保一致且专业的品牌形象。
• 定期拜访门店，介绍产品，讲解产品特点，提供基础培训，并支持店员销售。
• 与店长、批发商及零售合作伙伴建立并维持良好关系，推动他们通过授权渠道下订与补货。
• 收集并反馈市场一线信息，包括顾客反馈、店面陈列情况、同类竞品动态等。
• 协助开展促销活动、店内推广、产品上新及其他品牌曝光活动。
• 与内部团队协作，确保终端执行与公司的市场及业务目标保持一致。

任职要求

• 至少 1 年 Brand Ambassador、零售支持、地推、Field Marketing 或销售推广类相关经验；有消费电子、快速消费品（FMCG）行业经验者优先。
• 性格外向、自信，能够胜任品牌对消费者的公开展示与沟通。
• 具备优秀的沟通能力与关系维护能力；必须具备中文（普通话）能力。
• 能独立开展工作，管理自己的巡店路线、时间安排与信息记录。
• 必须持有 有效美国驾驶执照，能够接受频繁驾车巡店。
• 必须拥有 美国合法工作身份（Work Authorization）。

用工结构

第一阶段：合同期（前 3 个月，1099 形式）

• 薪酬：$25/小时，每天约 7–8 小时（10:00–17:00/18:00）
• 以 1099 形式每两周发薪（适用于能够自行处理美国报税的候选人）

第二阶段：全职（转 W2）

• 月薪：$3,500–$5,000（根据地区与绩效而定）
• 合同期满 3 个月后，根据表现、出勤、工作质量决定是否转正

Contract-to-Full-Time – 3-Month Contract to Start

We are hiring energetic, reliable, and professional Brand Ambassadors to support market expansion for a fast-growing e-products company in the U.S. This role begins with a 3-month contractor period and is intended to convert to full-time based on performance. You will represent the brand across retail stores and distribution partners, serving as the face of the company in assigned territories.

About the Client

The client is a rapidly expanding company in the electronic consumer products industry, offering innovative consumer vaping products. The company is actively growing its U.S. retail presence and needs on-the-ground Brand Ambassadors to strengthen brand visibility and relationships with retailers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in retail stores, distributors, and customer-facing environments, ensuring a consistent and professional image.
• Conduct regular store visits to introduce products, explain product features, provide basic training, and support retail staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, wholesalers, and retail partners to support orders through authorized channels.
• Collect and report field insights, including customer feedback, store conditions, and competitor activities within the category.
• Support promotional events, in-store activations, new product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align field execution with marketing and business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in brand ambassador, retail support, field marketing, or sales promotion roles. Consumer electronics, FMCG, or vape-related experience preferred.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable representing a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; Mandarin required.
• Able to work independently, manage field visits, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required; frequent travel expected.
• Must have U.S. work authorization.

Employment Structure

Phase 1 — Contract (First 3 Months, 1099 Model)

• Compensation: $25/hour, approx. 7–8 hours/day (10:00–17:00/18:00)
• Paid bi-weekly under 1099 (for candidates who can handle U.S. taxes)

Phase 2 — Full-Time (W2 Model)

• Monthly salary: $3,500–$5,000, depending on region and performance
• Conversion after 3 months based on performance, attendance, and quality of work
