Description
We are seeking a Lot Attendant to join our lot team. This candidate will be responsible for completing the daily tasks while following the lot handbook.
Responsibilities
- Process repossessed vehicles by taking photos, condition reports and property inventories.
- Preparing vehicles for transport, they will be delivered to various auction
- Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
- Completing all required paperwork to maintain compliance with the lienholders
- Report any deficiencies or abnormalities to your Lot Supervisor
- Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
