The Eastover, SC facility is IPP’s flagship U.S. operations site, housing high-value industrial equipment, including reactors, heat exchangers, and specialized glass-lined systems.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Site Director is responsible for the full operational, commercial, and financial leadership of IPP’s Eastover facility. This role owns site performance, inventory management, safety, workforce leadership, and revenue-generating activities tied to inventorying, equipment refurbishment, modifications/repairs, staging, and sales support.
You will lead a team consisting of engineers, supply chain experts, technicians and operations personnel while partnering cross-functionally with sales, engineering, finance, and executive leadership to maximize sales revenue, asset value, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Operations & Asset Management
- Oversee all daily operations including site maintenance, equipment arrivals, inspection, refurbishment, repairs, inventory management, customer shipments, , , and sales fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and condition assessments
- Continuous improvement and optimization of site operation
- Drive efficiency in equipment staging and facility utilization
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop site personnel
- Build a safety-first, high-performance culture
- Partner on hiring and workforce planning
Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure OSHA and safety compliance
- Oversee safety training, PPE and hazard mitigation programs
- Lead Drive to Zero recordable culture and near miss incident investigations
Commercial & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams
- Support customer visits and site tours
- Provide and coordinate technical field support as needed
- Provide input into pricing and refurbishment feasibility
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage site-level financial performance
- Track KPIs and optimize costs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7–12 years industrial or plant leadership experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and/or process equipment knowledge
- Proven leadership in operational environments
