Your role as a Security Officer will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, monitor and report any activity, and work hand in hand with the other staff members. Location: Midtown, Manhattan
Salary: $21 to $22 an hour.
Must have flexible availability to work any day and time to cover call-outs, holidays, and events with rotating schedule.

- Must be able to answer the office phone in a confident professional manner.
- Should maintain a clean professional appearance.
- Responsible and courteous to others.
- Organize and update lost & found logs and items.
- Great communication skills are required.
- Be friendly and Respectful towards Guest and Staff at all times.
- Must be able to learn maintenance of room safes and door hardware.
- Must be able to do 2 daily building patrols per shift.
- Must have a NY Security License.
- Must have hotel luxury experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
- Maintain company professional standards.
