Entry Manufacturing Laborer / Serviceman
Pay Rate:
$25.00/hr ( shift differential)
Sign-on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (3rd Shift) 11pm-7am Monday-Friday
$0.30 cent shift differential for 3rd shift
12 hour shift and/or weekend work required when needed for production goals.
Must be willing to work ANY shift

The Job You Will Perform:
- Able to safely operate transfer cart
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
- Support Operators and Assistant Operators in running the machine
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, and have the ability to use a tape measure
- Accurately completing quality checks and following directions as given
- The ability to practice and maintain housekeeping standards
- This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
- Assist with securing all required tooling and materials in order to be ready for production orders
- Other duties as required.
- 2 years manufacturing experience highly preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
- Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
