The Job You Will Perform:
- Set up machinery according to machine specific procedures
- Reading factory orders
- Monitor and adjust for quality throughout the production process
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Work in close proximity to electrical, hydraulic and mechanical energy sources
- Follow Lock out/ Tag out procedures
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
- This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
- Ability to work the off shifts - 3 pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am
- Manufacturing experience
- Stable work history

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- Operating standards - the employee will need to meet or exceed the Operating Standards in the areas of quality, cost, safety, customer satisfaction and productivity. Such standards will be set annually and communicated to the employee.
