Hourly Full-Time. The Russellville Maintenance team operates under a 2-2-3 work schedule of 12 hour shifts.Shift hours are 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. and 6 p.m.- 6 a.m.This opening is for the 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. schedule.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Complete Pre-Job Safety Analysis before each task
- Machine Champion by reviewing daily downtime, notifications, work orders, PM’s, across each machine centers with machine operators
- Trouble shooting mechanical and electrical issues and making necessary repairs
- Maintain equipment from steam traps, rotary joints, replacing rolls, changing air filters, installing new VFD’s, entering parameters, etc…
- Using SAP to enter work notifications, creating work orders and completing in timely manner
- Using SAP to enter time confirmations for daily activities
- Using SAP to issue parts
- Helping complete and maintain Store Room Parts Inventory
- Complete Boiler Chemical Water Testing and Maintain Boiler
- Maintain Air Compressors
- Complete Daily Condition Monitoring Routes
- Complete Daily Lubrication Routes
- This position is a safety sensitive position.
