Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Swing Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Graveyard Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Must be able to work overtime, and weekends

The Job You Will Perform
- Perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility guidelines
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
- This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in the IP Safety Culture
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous work in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks in various departments
- Able to work any shift, overtime, weekends as needed
- Willingness to learn production processes
- Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills, basic math, comprehension skills, and safety observations
- Able to effectively communicate with the team, production supervisors, and maintenance crew
