The Job You Will Perform
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage flight arrangements and scheduling of all company aircraft
- Be a liaison with vendor on scheduling training needs, providing feedback, etc.
- Track hours of plane usage and align with the terms of the contract
- Process forms required for international travel
- Interact with senior level executives and customers
- Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties
- Other aviation and/or travel related tasks as needed
- Perform additional and other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals
- This role can be onsite or hybrid
- Experience with travel scheduling and/or aviation preferred
- Excellent PC skills including Excel
- Excellent communication skills with peers and senior leaders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly confidential issues in a professional manner
- Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to quickly pivot as business needs change
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with others
- Exercises sound judgment with the ability to proactively research and resolve issues
