The Job You Will Perform:
- Utilizes computer/system and the parcel shipping manifest computer/system for all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions . Ensure complete and accurate paperwork and documents for all shipments, receipts, and transactions.
- Properly completes all Bill of Ladings
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure shipments are made per customer specs, and any special requirements as noted by Customer Service reps.
- Contact carriers for shipments, and schedule parcel daily pickups
- Assists with continuous improvement projects
- Maintains inventory accuracy on all product, materials, and supplies
- Maintain a safe working environment; identify safety hazards and report them to management.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be needed during busy periods.
- Other duties as requested by managers, lead personnel and/or supervisors.

- Previous shipping experience highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry is highly preferred.
