Product Support Representative Senior

Position Overview

International has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Representative Senior for the Used Truck Organization.

The Product Support Representative Senior will report to the Manager of Reconditioning Operations.

In this position you will be responsible for controlling the cost and content of the reconditioning process for the UTO’s used truck inventory in preparation for sale.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with dealers service departments and instruct them on clear repair direction of used truck inventory.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain and/or reduce the repair cost and turnaround time of the reconditioning process.
• Achieve the per unit reconditioning cost goals as defined by the Used Truck Organization.
• Work directly with UTC General Managers in executing reconditioning strategies along with turn around time targets..
• Be prepared to present and demonstrate strategy for repair cost and cost profile outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge

OR

• Master’s degree 

OR

• At least 4 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. • MS Office
• Experience presenting UTO management
• Advanced Knowledgeable with Excel
• Experience in truck repair process and triage
• Power BI experience nice to have

Salary : $59,200 - $88,800
