Job Description
Position Overview
The Sustaining Engineer provides technical and analytical suppt to the Product Development Engineering team while serving as a central resource across design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as products transition into production and distribution. The position suppts products throughout all stages of their lifecycle, including initial launch, ongoing maintenance, perfmance upgrades, and product line modifications. Additionally, this role offers guidance and direction to less experienced team members while ensuring complex, unresolved issues are promptly escalated to higher-level technical leadership.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM

- k requiring advanced subject matter expertise, experience in one’s own discipline and effective decision-making skills. Applies company policies and standard protocols to perfm wk assignments to resolve issues

- ks under limited supervision receiving instruction, guidance and direction.
Minimum Requirements
Bachel's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology
- Computer Science
