What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sales Administrator position at International Motors, LLC?
As a Senior Sales Administrator you will work cross-functionally within the existing International Business Administration team and sales organization to support our sales team and dealers with any contract and system inquiries, system integration, contract creation, legal documentation, and growth of Extended Warranty products. The Senior Sales Administrator will also provide guidance to the product team in assembling products for system integration.
Responsibilities
- Test the dealer registration site to ensure a smooth process for dealers
- Verify that all contract details are correct and ready for registration
- Assisting the digital solutions team with automating manual processes to improve efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of sales administration or customer service experience
OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 3 years of sales administration or customer service experience
OR
- At least 7 years of sales administration or customer service experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
