Senior Controls Engineer – Powertrain Manufacturing

This role offers a strong foundation for a Controls Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to grow within a high‑volume powertrain manufacturing environment, supporting transmission and engine assembly operations. You will provide hands‑on, day‑to‑day production support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across controls, automation, and electrical systems.

The position focuses on supporting the design, modification, optimization, and troubleshooting of PLC‑ and HMI‑based control systems, primarily using platforms such as Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Automation, along with related motion, safety, and industrial networking components. This role is ideal for an engineer eager to deepen PLC programming skills, build system‑level understanding, and develop the communication and problem‑solving capabilities required in a fast‑paced, technically demanding manufacturing environment.
