Quality Fault Code Analyst

Position Overview

We’re a team of diverse and talented people looking for innovators to help transform the commercial vehicles of the future. We are currently seeking a Quality Fault Code Analyst to join our Quality team.This is an exciting time in the trucking industry, with trends toward electrification, autonomy, and connectivity shaping the next generation of commercial vehicles. As part of our Quality team, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that influence future truck designs and technologies.This is an onsite position located in Lisle, IL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and set up Customer Dashboard for Fault Codes
• Develop priority matrix
• Establish review Cadence
• Pareto and communicate TOP 25 most frequent DTC’s
• Deep Dive Items
• Review with Service FCAP for each to verify Field Action.
• Eliminate Fault Codes’s that have no Field Action
• Develop overall timing plans to support project deliverables
• Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and at least 1 year of product design/development and/or computer science experience

OR

• Master's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Project planning and recovery experience
• Presentation skills across multiple organizational levels
• Experience in truck or automotive design and fault code reporting preferred
• Experience with Data Analysis ,  CAN protocols, are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment and interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution

Salary : $84,800 - $127,200
