Our production employees are represented by the IAM & AW Union and perform operator and general labor duties within our facility. We are seeking an Operator to join our team and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the machines, ensuring that they are running correctly and efficiently. The Operator will also be required to perform regular quality checks on the material along with maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines, as well as monitor safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns in equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, quality and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on products and materials.
