International Mechanics is a family owned and operated business serving our customers for over 25 years. Located in Howell, MI we are a fully licensed and insured HVAC contractor providing service for Commercial & Industrial customers throughout the surrounding areas.
We are seeking a motivated individual that possesses the drive and base knowledge to preform commercial PMs. With time and training there is the potential to move into a full time technician roll. Applicants must taking pride in doing the job honestly and correct the first time is a must. You will be required to service metro Detroit. Some day trips to other parts of Mich will be necessary.

Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug test
- EPA certification
- Own required HVAC tools
Responsibilities:
- Able to build and maintain accurate PM material lists.
- Work with machinery using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, schematics, and instructions.
- Able to climb extension ladder to access commercial roofs.
- Keep an organized van to work out of.
- Have good strong communication skills.
- Must be punctual and professional.
