Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3rd Shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM). Start times may flex based on team member needs.

You're hands-on, detail-oriented, and don't rattle easily in a fast-paced environment. You can handle varied conditions (hot and cold, depending on the season), and you're ready to learn a trade from the ground up.

What you bring:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving instincts
• Comfort working solo or as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and pivot priorities on the fly
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
• A fast-learning, proactive mindset
• Willingness to train and pitch in across departments

What You'll Actually Do

• Run and monitor production machines during your shift
• Set up machines and follow loading patterns with precision
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep downtime low
• Perform basic maintenance and level up your skills through ongoing training
• Inspect in-process products for quality
• Spool finished products to fulfill customer orders
• Jump in on cleaning and general production tasks as needed
