This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. As a member of our educational support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of students with disabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation, supporting students with physical and emotional needs, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum of 48 earned college credits or an associate degree is required, along with experience working with children with disabilities.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior management plans, collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
