POSITION: Docket Specialist (Litigation)
LOCATION: Washington, DC
SALARY AND BENEFITS : Base salary up to 100K DOE, plus generously paid overtime, competitive bonus structure, medical, dental, & vision benefits, great PTO, 401k match.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review documents for court and filing deadlines
- Enter deadlines into the docket database
- Provide relevant information from the docket database, as requested by attorneys and staff
- Streamline docketing procedures, including the maintenance of rule sets in the docket database
- Calculate deadlines based on regulations and court requirements
- Monitor and ensure deadline accuracy of electronic court filings
- Liaise with attorneys and key staff to provide information about the docketing system and any changes to rules and regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of docketing experience
- Knowledge and experience with automated docketing, and other calendaring programs
- Experience with litigation process, as it relates to the courts and filing requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision, while complying with strict deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
- Impeccable attention to detail
