- Assign and brief pilots for private jet travel.
-Work with international handlers for travel abroad.
-Coordinate with clientele, arrange rental vehicles and catering.
-Respond to client inquiries.
-Analyze fleet and pilot utilization to best accommodate company and client needs.
-Act as communication liaison with multiple departments.
-Control trip release, schedule fuel, logistic problem solving.
-Verify aircraft flight logs and crewmember duty times.
-Must have basic understanding of Microsoft Office and clerical computer skills.
-Strong communication and multitasking is a must.
